Probably my new favourite camp spot in BC. Discovered this beautiful lake in the Fraser Valley, Jones Lake. Popular with a few fisherman, not a lot of people seem to know about it as the place was fairly quiet for a sunny May weekend. FSR road on the way in was in pretty good condition – an AWD is advisable, but not needed.
We found and quiet stretch of beach on the East side in amongst the tree stumps – a perfect sandy section that we had all to ourselves.
